I have been learning so much this past week about blogging, networking blogs and online marketing that I started with a headache.  That was my signal to chill out and walk away from it.  Since it was not quite warm enough outside to work in my flower beds, I decided to bake.  My decision was easy as to what to make, I had just bought some zucchini.

Zucchini Bread...this is a family favorite! The recipe makes 2 loaves too.

3 eggs                                           1 tsp. baking powder
                              2 C. sugar                                     1 tsp. baking soda
                              1 C. oil                                          1 tsp. salt
                              3 C. flour                                       2 tsp. vanilla
                              2 C. raw grated zucchini               1/2 C. raisins
                              1-8oz. crushed pineapple, drained
                              1 C. walnuts, fineally chopeed.

Mix above ingredients together.
Bake in bread pans, 2 loaves at 325.  Test for doneness after 1 hour.

As always, this is extremely most and yummy!  It freezes well, too.
Let me know how you like it.

This is my furbaby Major, in his favorite place while I am trying to create this blog.

Have a wonderful week everyone!
